Resepi 2: Joyful Spicy Prawns

Yesterday, i have shared my experience of cooking with Chef Muluk & Maggi. Today, i have tried one recipe from the previous list, which is Joyful Spicy Prawns. Tadaaaaaaa..

Joyful Spicy Prawns

This is considered as one of the simple recipe cause it was made by miracle products produced by Maggi which are Maggi Tomyam Paste & Maggi Cukup Rasa. So simple, no need for you to prepare your own tomyam paste, which will incur more cost and time to prepare it and it is quite cumbersome! Bukan senang tau.

So here it is the ingredients and steps for this joyful recipe:

Ingredients:

1. 500g Prawns, but mine is less than 500g cause prawn is sooo expensive.

Kalau kat Sabah boleh dapat udang yang murah daripada yang kat sini :(

2. 5 pcs Kaffir lime leaves. shredded kan halus-halus. (saya lebih dari 5 pcs, ase dah guna 1 pokok :) )
3. 3 cloves Garlic, chopped! (I like extra)
4. 1 (medium) Onion cut into rings
5. 2 tbsp cooking oil ( If you want you can use planta/ any margarine to replace oil)
6. 1 tbsp Lime juice (can try with lemon juice as well).
7. 3 stalks Coriander leaves for garnishing + red chili (cut into long thin strips and soaked in water).
8. 2 stalks Mint leaves, for garnishing
9. 1 sachet Maggi Tomyam Paste

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan.

Seasoning (Mix together):

1. 3 tbsp Water
2. 1 tbsp Sugar
3. 1 tbsp Maggi Cukup Rasa

Steps:

1. Heat cooking oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
2. Stir in Maggi Tomyam paste and onion rings. Fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add prwans and shradded Kaffir lime leaves, stir fry for 5-10 minutes / until prawns are cooked.
4. Add seasoning and lime juice, stir evenly.

Dish out and garnish with red chili strips and mint leaves before serving :) Dah siap, Semestinya saya & Maggi!

Yes, Overcooked! Tapi still rasa ok juga, next time boleh improve :)
